We offer dogs a safe and fun environment to play and relax, supervised at all times by our highly skilled dog trainers. Doggy PlayCare is perfect if you can't or don't want to leave your dog(s) home alone when you leave the house

What Does Your Dog do During their Visit?

Everyday is different here at Playcare! We have some dogs that visit us very regularly and some that come randomly. We also have new playmates joining us most days! Here are some of the things that your dog gets up to during their visit!

Play!

Social and lively dogs love to spend time playing with each other; whether the are chasing the kong, wrestling on a bed or playing a game of fetch with a trainer. Just like people; all dogs have different personalities and quirks. Some dogs are social butterflies who will play with anything that moves, where as others are more selective with who their playmate is for the day.

REST!

Lots of dogs love to use some of their daycare day having a rest at Playcare. Some of them will just lie down for a quick break; or some of them enjoy having a big snooze cuddled up next to their friends. Some owners think having their dog sleep at daycare is a bad thing; however it is actually a very good sign that your dog is comfortable enough to relax during their visit.

LEARN!

Playcare dogs have to learn to interact safely and politely with both their human and doggy friends. They are taught to use their manners and listen to trainers from their very first Playcare visit! We use the Alpha Dog Training method when managing dog behaviour therefore your dog won’t be picking up any naughty habits from us! Dogs who train with Alpha Dog Training also have access to free touch up training during their Playcare visits.

CUDDLE!

As well as being professional dog trainers our staff are also experts at cuddling, patting and giving belly rubs. Your dog can always expect to get some affection from our trainers during their Playcare visit. We absolutely love getting to know each of our doggy customers and their unique personalities. Some dogs also love to curl up on a bed together during their powernaps between games of fetch.
